All of the homes would be <br /> part of a Master HOA will be established for the development to own/operate/maintain <br /> community areas and the water re-use system. Prior to the recording of the final plat, association <br /> documents shall be reviewed and approve by staff. <br /> 2. CONCLUSION: <br /> Staff finds that the development is consistent with comprehensive land use regulations, the <br /> subdivision regulations, and meets the criteria necessary to approve a rezoning of the property. <br /> 3.
