By providing a continuation of the bituminous trail and concrete sidewalk along the Oneka Parkway <br /> extension, continuing the bituminous trail along Fair Oaks to the North and East, as well as providing a <br /> sidewalk on the East-West streets all residents will be able to enjoy a walk, or bike ride, be it to visit new <br /> friends or simply to go to the park. <br /> Lastly, by preserving the existing wetland areas and allowing nature to continue to exist in the open <br /> spaces provided throughout the neighborhood, Oneka Prairie will be a unique new neighborhood for <br /> future residents to live in. <br /> Respectfully Submitted, <br /> Larry Alm <br /> Chief Manager <br /> Southwind Holdings LLC <br />
