Resolution 2020-23 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 6. Prior to the release of the final plat for recording, the developer shall comply with the <br /> following conditions. <br /> a. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief s requirements <br /> regarding fire flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire <br /> department connections, and fire lane signage. <br /> b. The developer shall vacate the existing easements and dedicated new <br /> easements on the property. <br /> c. The Commercial Property Owners Association documents for review and <br /> approval by staff. <br /> d. The City's development fees will apply to this project. The fee amounts <br /> will be calculated and included as part of the Development Agreement. A <br /> development agreement shall be executed and all fees shall be paid. <br /> 7. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer shall comply with the following <br /> conditions. <br /> a.
