Prior to the release of the final plat for recording, the developer shall comply with the <br />following conditions. <br /> <br />a. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief’s requirements <br />regarding fire flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire <br />department connections, and fire lane signage. <br /> <br />b. The developer shall vacate the existing easements and dedicated new <br />easements on the property. <br /> <br />c. The Commercial Property Owners Association documents for review and <br />approval by staff. <br /> <br />d. The City’s development fees will apply to this project. The fee amounts <br />will be calculated and included as part of the Development Agreement. A <br />development agreement shall be executed and all fees shall be paid. <br /> <br />7. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer shall comply with the following <br />conditions. <br /> <br />a.
