Highway 61 just north of 146th Street. In particular, we have reviewed the following plans related <br /> z to this particular request: <br /> w <br /> CO <br /> Civil Plan Sheets dated 3118122 by SRF <br /> • Stormwater Management Report dated 3118122 by SRF <br /> 0 LO <br /> Co Based on the review of the above documents, we offer the following comments related to this <br /> Co application: <br /> Ln <br /> Grading, Street, and Utility Plans <br /> 1. The site is proposed to maintain the current access from Forest Boulevard/US Hwy 61 at <br /> 146t" Street. <br /> LO <br /> 2. Any impact to traffic or the state right of way as part of construction will need to be <br /> z coordinated with, permitted, and approved by MNDOT. <br /> 3. Water service to the site will be achieved by connecting to the watermain at the south end of <br /> Fondant Avenue and looping it through the site and connecting to the existing watermain on <br /> a the east side of Forest Boulevard/US HWY 61 <br /> Z 4. Sanitary sewer service to the site will involve rerouting the existing sanitary sewer mains that <br /> a run from the north and south of the site and connecting to the existing sanitary sewer <br /> CO manhole on the east side of Forest Boulevard/ US Hwy 61 to accommodate the selected <br /> CD building locations. <br /> N 5. Detailed redline comments have been provided on the plans and sent to the applicants <br /> Lu <br /> engineer so they can be addressed in future submittals. <br /> 6.
