RESOLUTION 2022- <br /> APPROVING A COMPRHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT CHANGING <br /> MAP 3-1, 2040 LAND USE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, Summit Management, LLC has proposed a comprehensive plan amendment <br /> to change the land use from Medium Density Residential (MD) and Industrial (IND) to <br /> High Density Residential (HD) on property legally described as; <br /> See Attached <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Hugo Planning Commission, at a public hearing on October 27, <br /> 2022, reviewed the proposed map amendment and recommended approval of the <br /> application to the Metropolitan Council for the Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a <br /> Comprehensive Plan Amendment changing the land use on Map 3.1, 2040 Land Use <br /> Map. <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council this 7th day of November, 2022 <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
