Resolution 2022- <br /> Page 3 <br /> 21. The main entrance shall be revised to be larger, more dramatic canopy, and <br /> architecturally compatible with the building. <br /> 22. The developer shall submit garage and trash enclosure elevations for review and <br /> approval by staff. The elevations shall use the stone from the building. <br /> 23. The applicant shall submit building materials for review and approval by staff. <br /> 24. The developer shall revise the architecture plans to be reviewed and approved by <br /> staff. <br /> Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> 25. All improvements for the plan shall be installed and constructed. <br /> 26. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br /> 27. The developer will be responsible for maintaining stormwater facilities and <br /> vegetation proposed as a part of the project. A maintenance agreement between the <br /> City and the developer shall be reviewed and approved by the City then recorded <br /> against the property prior to the start of grading activities on the site. <br /> 28. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br /> management facilities and wetlands <br /> 29. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br /> adjacent properties. Staff shall review and approve the locations. All ground-level <br /> mechanical units shall be low profile and located to the side or rear of the building <br /> and shall be screened from view of adjacent properties.
