The following information must be submitted with the drainage permit application: <br /> 1. Grading plans, drainage plans, and hydraulic calculations demonstrating that proposed flows to <br /> MnDOT right of way remain the same as existing conditions, or are reduced. <br /> 2. Existing and proposed drainage area maps with flow arrows and labeling that corresponds with <br /> the submitted calculations. <br /> 3.
