In particular, we have reviewed the following <br /> w plans related to this particular request: <br /> m <br /> rn <br /> • Civil Plan Set(Xcel Hugo Training Facility Preliminary Plan -Revision 08-09-22.pdo <br /> dated 8/9/22 by Loucks <br /> co <br /> • Stormwater Management Plan (22 08-09- SWMP.pdo dated 8/9/22 by Loucks <br /> N Based on the review of the above documents, we offer the following comments related to this <br /> Lo application: <br /> 0 <br /> Grading, Street, and Utility Plans <br /> 1. The site is proposed to have two accesses. The first is through one of their existing parking <br /> entrances on Fenway Boulevard while the second is an additional connection to Fenway <br /> Boulevard approximately 750 feet to the north. <br /> 2. Water service to the site will be achieved with connecting to an existing 8" water stub from <br /> aFenway Boulevard near the southeast corner of the site. New hydrants are proposed for the <br /> site however, the need for additional hydrants will be determined by the fire official. <br /> a 3. Sanitary sewer service is available to the site from the existing 8" sanitary sewer service stub <br /> rn at the southeast corner of the lot that was constructed with the initial training facility site. <br /> 4. 329 additional parking spaces are provided around the northern, eastern, and southern sides <br /> of the building. <br /> w 5. Detailed redline comments have been provided on the plans and sent to the applicants <br /> Z) engineer so they can be addressed in future submittals. <br /> U) <br /> W Stormwater Management <br /> W <br /> U) 6. Applicant is proposing to meet water quality requirements through onsite depressed areas <br /> providing infiltration however the majority of the impervious area onsite does not drain <br /> through these low-lying areas.
