<br />ORDINANCE 2022-_____ <br /> <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUGO <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 90 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO <br />CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF ONEKA PARKWAY AND <br />NORTH OF EMPRESS AVENUE NORTH <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY OF HUGO ORDAINS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Chapter 90 of the City Code of the <br />City of Hugo, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of <br />Hugo Zoning Map to PUD (Planned Unit Development) with respect to the <br />approximately 24.83-acre property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />See Attached <br /> <br />Section 2. Effective Date.
