A stormwater re-use system, as shown in the plans, shall be constructed with the <br />development. The final plans shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The system <br />will be installed by the applicant, and owned/operated/maintained by the <br />homeowner’s association. A stormwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed an <br />approved by staff and recorded at Washington County. <br /> <br />9. The developer has indicated that an HOA will be established for the development to <br />own/operate/maintain landscaping within the outlots, landscaping along Oneka <br />Parkway, and the water re-use system. The HOA documents shall be reviewed and <br />approved by staff prior to the recording of the final plat. <br /> <br />10. The developer must comply with the following, prior to Final Plat and Final PUD <br />Plan application: <br /> <br />Landscaping and Lighting <br /> <br />a. The final landscape plans must be submitted for review and approval by staff. <br /> <br />b. The developer shall enter into an encroachment agreement for access and <br />maintenance of the landscaping in the right-of-way and outlots. <br /> <br />Streets/Access <br /> <br />a. Oneka Parkway shall be constructed to the north property line and all the way to <br />the lift station. <br /> <br /> <br />
