Excavation is allowed in a type 1 and 2 wetlands, but is limited to a depth no more than 6.5’.
The applicant appears to be proposing excavation in wetland B for floodplain mitigation. This
is allowable as long as bounce requirements are met, but a no-loss will need to be submitted.
This could be added to the existing replacement plan application referenced in comment 16.

28. Wetland boundary and types have been identified, flagged, and field reviewed within the
Oneka Parkway corridor. However, no boundary and type application has been submitted,
so drawn wetland boundaries are not approved. In addition, impacts for Oneka Parkway
need to be added to the existing replacement plan (comment 16), or included in a new
application with the boundary and type request for Oneka Parkway.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project.
