Many people use the park as a dog park. <br />There seems to be that need and desire in the Hugo community. However, the park is not a dog park and it is not <br />fenced or regulated as a dog park. Not everyone who uses the park wants dogs running off leash. Many park users <br />are very respectful keeping their dog near them and under control. Many park users are not respectful of other park <br />users who do not want dogs running at them, chasing them, or jumping on them.
