I feel this is a liability issue, as there is a sign at the parking lot, but no clear or regulated guidelines for <br />the space. <br />>> <br />>> If someone wants to pursue making an official dog park space in Hugo, I think they should go for it. But this <br />passive park design with dogs off leash is getting more complicated as it’s no secret anymore (social media posts <br />share the park as a dog park).
