All grading ac�vity <br />would comply with applicable standards of the City Code and Rice Creek Watershed District including <br />standards pertaining to hours of opera�on, dust control, erosion control, and noise. <br />Construc�on would take place during daylight hours and there would be a standard amount of noise due <br />to construc�on equipment use. The opera�on and maintenance of the park is not expected to generate <br />an unusual amount of noise. <br />I. Historical Structures <br />The required data request with the Minnesota Sate Historic Preserva�on Office indicated that there are <br />no known aboveground historic resources. In 2002, following the purchase of the park property, a Phase <br />1 Archeological Survey was conducted to determine if there were any poten�al archeological sites or <br />sites that were eligible for nomina�on to the Na�onal Register of Historical Places.
