ITEM 7- AVAILABILTIY FOR PUBLIC USE <br /> <br />Bernin Park will be open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm which is enforceable by Sec 54-21 of the Hugo City <br />Code. There will be no scheduling or reserving of facili�es. All facili�es will be available to the general <br />public without a fee. <br /> <br />ITEM 8- STATEMENT OF ACCESSIBILITY <br /> <br />The new parking lot will include one accessible parking stall with access aisles and an adjacent <br />pedestrian ramp with truncated dome sec�ons. All trails from the parking lot to the proposed ameni�es <br />will be 8 feet wide at a minimum and will meet accessibility requirements for cross-slope and running <br />slope. The 5 foot wide aggregate trails will be compacted for a suitable firm surface to expand upon <br />accessibility. Access to exis�ng and proposed ameni�es will be provided via the system of proposed trails <br />as shown in the recrea�on site plan. Two of the five picnic tables on pads will be accessible with direct <br />connec�on to the bituminous trail. Two of the five bench sea�ng overlooks will be placed on oversized <br />concrete pads to allow for a 4’x4’ open space adjacent to the bench. All bench sea�ng overlooks are <br />directly connected to bituminous or aggregate trails. The main park kiosk, bike racks, fix-it sta�on, and <br />receptacles are located on an accessible concrete pad. A portable restroom will be placed on an <br />accessible concrete pad directly connected to the bituminous trails. The fishing pier has direct access <br />from the bituminous trails.
