The areas outside the fence where tree removal and soil disturbance <br />occur will also be prepped and seeded. <br /> <br /> Anywhere that existing tree removal is necessary for site construction, replacement Balsam Fir <br />trees and Red Osier dogwood shrubs will be installed outside the array fence to create site <br />screening, with the exception of areas that include wetlands. Those areas will only be replanted <br />with dogwood shrubs. <br /> <br />
