A stormwater re-use system, as shown in the plans, shall be constructed with the <br />development. The final plans shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The system <br />will be installed by the applicant, and owned/operated/maintained by the <br />homeowner’s association. A stormwater reuse agreement shall be reviewed an <br />approved by staff and recoded at Washington County. <br /> <br />10. The developer has indicated that an HOA will be established for the development to <br />own/operate/maintain community areas, landscaping, and the water re-use system. <br />The HOA documents shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior to the recording <br />of the final plat for the Phase 1. <br /> <br />11. The twinhome elevations shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />
