The Liberty folks
had told me after the meeting that even if they put in their main entrance on 122nd, the County would still
require an entrance off of Keller. Lyssa and Frank said this wasn't necessarily true, and that this option hadn't
been presented to them.

I let them know that exploring other options dealing with the Keller entrance was one of the action items from
last week, and Lyssa said she would reach out to you regarding details at some point.

Anyway, it sounds like not an impossibility to at least explore other options and understand their relative
implications and impact for the school and community.

Thanks,
Bill

On Tue, May 14, 2024 at 9:50 AM Bill Wright <billwright1@gmail.com> wrote:
Rachel,

I'd like additional context for the following statement from the Liberty Classical Academy regarding queuing:

"Queueing for the site was analyzed, the pick-up/drop-off school’s queueing was modeled to determine the
maximum anticipated queues for a typical school day. The site provides storage of dedicated vehicular
queueing which is sufficient to store the anticipated queues. They will queue at their intersection that leads onto Keller, and then they will queue
at the intersection of Keller and 122nd. All of their traffic patterns lead to 122nd (meaning once they leave the
