Staff is recommending additional landscaping around the parking <br />area and along Keller Avenue. <br /> <br />Site Plan <br /> <br />Elementary School Addition <br /> <br />The site consists of the school and gymnasium and is approximately 33,500 square feet. The <br />applicant is proposing an approximately 33,500 square foot addition to the north side of the <br />building. There will also be an addition to the existing parking lot on the east side of the <br />building. The additional parking allowed for better circulation for drop-off and pick-up. The <br />school does not have busing, and is currently parent drop-off and pick-up.
