Liberty Classical Academy Site Plan and CUP <br />Page 10 <br />The addition to the school is located where the existing septic area is located. Interim sewer <br />facility planning will be required to be provided for review until such time the septic system is <br />permitted and constructed. <br /> <br />7. CONCLUSION/ STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />This request is for the 33,500 square foot building addition to the existing school and associated <br />parking lot. It is in staff’s opinion that the proposed school addition meets the criteria for <br />approval for a site plan and CUP and meets the ordinance standards in the City Code. <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the site plan and CUP request submitted by Liberty Classical <br />Academy for the property located at 10158 122nd Street North, subject to the conditions listed in <br />the resolution. <br /> <br />8. HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission discussed the building addition, lighting, parking lot location, and <br />other aspects of the request. The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of <br />the request with the following additional conditions: <br /> <br />4. The proposed parking lot be shifted to the north with additional landscaping around <br />parking areas. <br />5. The lights shall have dimmers to reduce impact on the surrounding properties. <br />6.
