<br /> <br />Liberty Classical Academy 5 <br />Individual Adobe.pdf of all Record Drawings shall include the following <br />information: <br /> (a) All bench marks shown on plans (bench marks shall be top nut of hydrants). <br /> (b) Swing ties to all gate valves shown on plans (ties should be to manholes, <br />catch basins, hydrants or other permanent objects. <br /> (c) Swing ties to curb stops shown on plans (ties should be to manholes, catch <br />basins, hydrants, property corners or other permanent objects). <br /> (d) Top of casting and invert elevation for all structures. <br /> (e) All pipe sizes, material type, pipe classification, grades and lengths <br /> (f) All horizontal and vertical curve data in the appropriate location on the <br />plans. <br /> (g) Televised report of the sanitary sewer with videotape. <br /> (h) Swing ties to any manhole or catch basin outside the roadway area. <br /> (i) A text file including the x, y and z coordinates (based on Washington <br />County’s coordinate system) for the following: <br /> 1. All curb stops <br /> 2. All hydrants <br /> 3. All gate valves <br /> 4. All manholes located outside of the roadway <br /> (j) As-built drawings of the grading on site. <br /> <br /> 9. Construction Warranty and Financing of Improvements. The Developer agrees <br />to construct the Improvements described herein at its own expense and in accordance with City and <br />or Washington County specifications. The Developer shall engage at its own expense a registered, <br />professional civil engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the Improvements and shall <br />submit the same to the City for review and approval. The Developer represents and warrants that <br />all of the Improvements made as a part of this development shall be guaranteed to be properly <br />functioning as designed for a period of not less than one (1) year following acceptance of the entire <br />project by the City. In the case of any material or labor that is supplied and that is reasonably <br />rejected by the City as defective or unsuitable, then the rejected materials shall be removed and <br />replaced with approved material, and the rejected labor shall be done anew to the reasonable <br />satisfaction and approval of the City at the sole cost and expense of the Developer. In any event, <br />none of the warranty periods expressed herein shall begin to run until all of the Improvements <br />within the Project have been approved and accepted by the City. <br /> <br /> The Developer’s engineer shall certify that grading within the project was completed in <br />accordance with the approved Grading, Drainage and Erosion Control Plan before the City issues <br />any building permits. The Developer shall remain ultimately responsible for accurate shall correct <br />any deficiencies in grading that may be discovered until the certificate of occupancy is issued or the <br />developer is released from its obligation under this Agreement as outlined in paragraph 7 above. <br />
