<br /> <br />Liberty Classical Academy 4 <br />Friday; 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays; at no time on Sundays or holidays. <br /> g) Street Sweeping: Developer shall sweep and/or otherwise clean all <br />streets, as needed, within and adjacent to the Development property as a result of construction <br />activities associated with the Project until final acceptance of the Improvements. If the streets are <br />not maintained in a manner acceptable to the City, after reasonable notice to the Developer the City <br />will arrange for the street sweeping at Developer’s cost. <br /> <br /> 6. Project Completion: The Improvements listed herein on Exhibit A, including <br />street, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and municipal water, shall be completed subject to the approval <br />of the City in accordance with the approved plans. All Improvements shall be substantially <br />completed to the reasonable satisfaction and approval of the City within twenty four (24) months of <br />the execution of this Agreement. Substantial completion shall consist of all work with the <br />exception of placement of the bituminous wear course and completion of the final punchlist. The <br />Developer shall be excused from the strict completion date set forth herein if written notice is <br />received from the Developer of the existence of causes over which the Developer has no control <br />which will delay the completion of the work and approved in writing by the City. In that event, the <br />City may extend the date or dates herein specified. <br /> <br /> 7. Project Acceptance: Final project acceptance will be considered by the City <br />Council once the following have been completed: <br /> <br /> (a) All Improvements are installed according to the approved plans. <br /> (b) All punchlist items are completed. <br /> (c) All Record Drawing information has been provided to the City to its <br />satisfaction. <br /> (d) Escrow account for City costs and fees is current in accordance with the <br />provisions of this Agreement. <br /> (e) The City receives confirmation via lien waivers that contractors or other <br />parties have been paid for the work completed. <br /> (f) The City receives a written request from the Developer to accept the <br />Improvements. <br /> <br /> 8. Record Drawing Requirements and Engineer’s Certification. Following <br />completion of all development activities and prior to the release of security and acceptance of <br />Improvements, the Developer and/or their assignee shall provide to the City "as-built" plans for the <br />Improvements listed on Exhibit A. This information shall be provided to the City in the following <br />formats: <br /> <br /> (a) Individual Adobe.pdf (or approved equivalent) for all plan sheets and the <br />final project. <br />
