Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approve Claims Roster <br /> <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> <br />Approve Letter Granting Permission to Unbury Urn at Walker Cemetery <br /> <br />Staff had received a request from Denise Goiffon on behalf of her mother, Kitty, for permission <br />from the City to unbury and remove her son’s urn and headstone from the Walker Cemetery. The <br />urn was buried there by the father of Dennis Goiffon after Dennis’s death in 2009. The family <br />wanted to relocate the urn and headstone to the St. John’s Cemetery. Staff had confirmed the <br />headstone was on the City owned cemetery property approximately 18-20 feet within the south <br />and west property lines. Hugo City Code required written approval of the City prior to any <br />disinterment taking place at the Walker Cemetery. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved <br />the letter granting permission to Denise Goiffon to unbury Dennis’s urn from the Walker <br />Cemetery. <br /> <br />Approve Pay Request No. 3 to Dresel for the 125th/Dellwood Ridge Project <br /> <br />Dresel Contracting, Inc. had submitted Pay Request No. 3 in the amount of $371,765.77 for work <br />certified through July 31, 2024, on the 2024 125th Street/Dellwood Ridge Neighborhood <br />Improvement Project. The final layer of asphalt had been placed along 125th Street and work <br />continued along Heather and Upper Heather Avenues. City staff had inspected the work and <br />recommended approval. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved payment to Dresel <br />Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $371,765.77. <br /> <br />Approve Development Sign Criteria and Resolution Approving an Encroachment <br />Agreement for Schwieters <br /> <br />Schwieters Properties had requested approval of development sign criteria and an encroachment <br />agreement to locate freestanding signs within the right of way of Fenway Boulevard North. <br />Development sign criteria allowed for flexibility for multi-tenant buildings and campus <br />developments. The locations had been reviewed by staff and staff was comfortable with the <br />locations. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2024-31 APPROVING <br />AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT TO ALLOW FREESTANDING SIGNS WITHIN THE <br />RIGHT OF WAY ON FENWAY BOULEVARD NORTH subject to City Attorney review and <br />approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
