RESOLUTION 2024-47 <br /> APPROVING A PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENT FOR FRANK AND JODY <br /> PULEO AND BUSY B ENTERPRISES,LLC,FOR THE PROPERTIES <br /> LOCATED AT 16155 FOREST BLVD NORTH AND A VACATION PARCEL TO <br /> THE SOUTH <br /> WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Frank and Jody Puleo and Busy B <br /> Enterprises, LLC, that requests approval of a property line adjustment for properties <br /> located at 16155 Forest Blvd North and a vacant property to the south. <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed lot line adjustment would result in two parcels described as <br /> follows: <br /> (See Attached) <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has fully considered the request for the property line <br /> adjustment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA,that it should and hereby does approve the property line <br /> adjustment for Frank and Jody Puleo and Busy B Enterprises, LLC,. <br /> ADOPTED by the City Council this 2 1"day of October, 2024. <br /> Tom Weidt, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
