PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING UPDATE: <br /> <br />At its September 26, 2024 meeting the Planning Commission considered the request and held a <br />public hearing. No one spoke during the public hearing. After discussing the request, the <br />Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the CUP request, subject to <br />conditions in the draft CUP and resolution. <br /> <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST AND BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a conditional use permit (CUP) to construct a 900 square <br />foot addition for an accessory apartment at the property located at 17220 Keystone Avenue <br />North. Accessory Apartments are allowed as a conditional use in the Agricultural (AG) zoning <br />district.
