<br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator shall provide the application to the City Council for administrative review <br />and consideration.” <br /> <br />Findings <br /> <br />The minimum lot size for the RR zoning district is 10 acres, meaning that both parcels would <br />meet the minimum lot size requirement. Additionally, the proposed parcels would both meet the <br />required 300-foot lot width for the RR zoning district. <br /> <br />Staff finds that both properties will comply with all applicable regulations in the City Code with <br />the approval of the property line adjustment. <br /> <br />4. RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the attached resolution approving a property line adjustment for <br />Andrew and Amber Michels and Nellis Engen c/o Christian Engen, for properties located at <br />7605 128th Street North and 12870 Henna Avenue North. <br /> <br />Attachments: <br /> <br />1.
