The developer has indicated that an HOA will be established for the development to <br /> own/operate/maintain community areas, landscaping, and the water re-use system. <br /> The HOA documents shall be reviewed and approved by staff prior to the recording <br /> of the final plat for the Phase 1. <br /> 11. The twinhome elevations shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />
