With 218 lots and a net acreage of <br />98.65 acres, the net density was 2.21 units per acre. With the addition of a lot and a total of 219 lots, the <br />density will increase to 2.22 units per acre. <br /> <br />HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION (HOA) <br />Oneka Shores Master Association, Inc. is structured as a Master Association with three sub-associations. <br />Supplemental documents for Oneka Shores Master Association, Inc. will be prepared in preparation of <br />recording of the Final Plat. The lots within the 4th Addition will not be HOA-maintained but will be part of the <br />Master HOA. The Master HOA has restrictions on outdoor storage, parking (no boats, campers, or trailers), <br />fences, and sheds in order to keep the community looking orderly and well maintained. <br />
