CITY OF HUGO <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> DATE OF APPROVAL: <br /> ADDRESS FOR WHICH CUP IS GRANTED: 10158 122nd Street <br /> LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Attached(Exhibit A) <br /> OWNER: <br /> ZONING DISTRICT: Restricted Industrial (RI-1) <br /> THIS CUP ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING: An approximately 66,500 square <br /> foot school with associated parking lot, all in accordance with the attached site plan <br /> (Exhibit B) <br /> THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS APPROVED SUBJECT TO <br /> COMPLIANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. The total square footage of the school shall be approximately 66,500 square feet. <br /> 2. The property is subject to a development agreement and Resolution 2024- in the <br /> City of Hugo and Resolution 2024- in May Township. <br /> Prior to Grading Approval: <br /> 3. All items on the Engineer's memo and "red-line" detailed engineering comments that <br /> have been sent directly to the applicant's engineer dated May 6, 2024, shall be <br /> addressed. <br /> 4. The applicant shall obtain a Notice of Decision from the Technical Evaluation Panel <br /> (TEP) for wetland modification. <br /> 5. The applicant shall obtain approved plans and permit from the City of Hugo as <br /> approved by the City Engineer. <br /> 6. The applicant shall obtain approved plans and permit from Browns Creek Watershed <br /> District. <br /> 7. The applicant shall obtain approved plans and permit from the Minnesota Pollution <br /> Control Agency for the septic system. <br />
