The building materials shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br /> Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> 12. All required road improvements shall be complete and functioning on CR 57 and CR <br /> 7. <br /> 13. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br /> management facilities and applicable utilities. <br /> 14. A maintenance agreement for the stormwater management facilities shall be recorded <br /> against the property. <br />
