The plans do not show downspouts or gutters. <br /> These must be designed integral to the building and must be submitted for review and <br /> approval by staff. <br /> Final color palettes, physical material samples, and revised building elevations shall be reviewed <br /> and approved by staff prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> Preliminary Plat <br /> Lot Size <br /> The primary plat will be one lot for all of the units for the buildings. <br /> Drainage and Utility Easements <br /> Drainage and utility easements for the sanitary sewer and watermain are shown correctly on the <br /> plans. <br /> 4. CONCLUSION: <br /> Staff has reviewed the PUD amendment, preliminary plat, and site plan for consistency with the <br /> standards outlined in the City Code and finds that the application is consistent with all the <br /> standards. <br /> 5.
