The lot would be for the apartment <br /> development and the outlot would be for the public park. The applicant will be dedicating <br /> easements on the plat for the required utilities and future trail. <br /> 5. CONCLUSION: <br /> The developer has done a good job with the overall site plan and the general design of the <br /> building. Staff will continue to work with the developer on the required revisions to the plans <br /> and architecture. <br /> Staff finds that the proposal meets all the requirements necessary for the City to approve the <br /> application's as outlined in the City Code, if the conditions are met in the attached resolution. <br /> 6.
