The proposed use should not increase the potential for flood damage. <br /> The use is existing and does not obstruct the floodplain or increase the potential for flooding. <br /> 8. The proposed use will not damage or reduce the benefits the public receives from public <br /> waters. <br /> The use does not damage or reduce the benefits from any public waters. <br /> 9. The use of watercraft on public waters. <br /> The use does not involve the use of watercraft. <br /> 10. All structures shall be screened from view of public waters. <br /> The use is screened and is not visible from any public waters. <br /> 11. Wetland impacts. <br /> The use does not impact any wetlands. <br /> 12. All state and local permits shall be acquired for the conditional use. <br /> The applicant will be responsible for obtaining all state and local permits. <br /> 13.
