<br />12 <br /> <br /> <br />(h) Cannabis retailers. <br />1. Performance Standards <br />a) Hours of Operation – No cannabis retail business with a retail <br />registration issued by the city shall operate retail sales of cannabis <br />products, except between the hours of 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. <br />b) City staff shall review applications for cannabis retailer licenses and <br />verify that the application meets local ordinance requirements prior to state <br />license approval. In order to verify that an application meets local <br />ordinance requirements, the application must include the following to be <br />reviewed and approved by staff: <br />1. A security plan consistent with all state requirements. <br />2. A waste management plan consistent with all state requirements. <br />3. Plans for signage. <br /> <br />(i) Cannabis wholesalers. <br />1. Performance Standards <br />a) A cannabis wholesaler shall be subject to the performance standards <br />for warehousing and distribution under Section 90-269 of city code, except <br />that retail sales of cannabis products stored on site is prohibited. <br />b) A cannabis wholesaler that operates a motor freight terminal shall be <br />subject to all applicable performance standards under Section 90-248 of city <br />code, and shall require approval of a conditional use permit. <br />c) City staff shall review applications for cannabis wholesaler licenses <br />and verify that the application meets local ordinance requirements prior to <br />state license approval. In order to verify that an application meets local <br />ordinance requirements, the application must include the following to be <br />reviewed and approved by staff: <br />1. A security plan consistent with all state requirements. <br />2. A waste management plan consistent with all state requirements. <br />3. An exterior lighting plan that includes all lighting be downcast, <br />and otherwise consistent with outdoor lighting requirements under <br />Section 90-239 of City Code. <br />4. An odor control plan that is consistent with all standards adopted <br />by the state office of cannabis management and the state pollution <br />control agency. <br /> <br />(j) Cannabis transporters. <br />1. Performance Standards <br />a) A cannabis transporter that operates a motor freight terminal shall be <br />subject to all applicable performance standards under Section 90-248 of city <br />code, and shall require approval of a conditional use permit. <br />b) City staff shall review applications for cannabis transporter licenses <br />and verify that the application meets local ordinance requirements prior to
