Five bids were received. The bids were checked for mathematical <br />accuracy. Please find enclosed the bid summary indicating the low bid as submitted by <br />Northwest Asphalt, Inc., Shakopee, Minnesota in the amount of $2,077,019.43. The Engineer’s <br />Estimate was $2,267,961.00. <br /> <br />The alternate bid was presented to the Homeowners Association for the mill and overlay for <br />Ferrara Drive N, a private road, and they did not want to move forward at this time.
