<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING BIDS AND AWARDING A CONTRACT <br />FOR THE 2025 BEAVER PONDS AREA STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND <br />2025 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT: DUCK PASS, PALMES LONG LAKE <br />ESTATES, AND INGERSOLL AVENUE N AREA <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Hugo previously directed the City Engineer to advertise for <br />bids for the above-referenced project, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, bids were publicly received and opened on Thursday March 20, 2025. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT BE RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hugo, <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. All bids for the construction of the 2025 Beaver Ponds Area Street Improvement <br />Project and 2025 Street Improvement Project: Duck Pass, Palmes Long Lake <br />Estates, And Ingersoll Avenue N Area have been received and are tabulated on <br />the attached summary. <br /> <br />2. The bid of Northwest Asphalt, Inc., in the amount of $2,077,019.43 for the <br />construction of said improvements, is in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications and advertisement for bids and is the lowest responsible bid. <br /> <br />3. The Mayor and Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with said bidder for the construction of said improvements for and <br />on behalf of the City of Hugo. <br /> <br />4.
