3 <br /> <br /> <br />During the Event <br /> <br />5. The applicant shall conduct the event in accordance with the approved plans <br />submitted with the application. <br />6. The applicant and all on-site vendors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, <br />and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances related to the event. <br />7. IDs will be checked to verify age for alcohol sales and wrist bands worn for persons <br />21+ years of age. All alcohol and liquor laws will be adhered to. <br />8. No alcohol is permitted to be brought on site or taken off site. <br />9. Garbage cans will be checked regularly and emptied into the dumpster if necessary. <br />10. In case of an emergency situation, weather or otherwise, the applicant will follow <br />instructions from the Washington County Sheriffs Department and/or the Hugo Fire <br />Chief including the cancellation or postponement of the event. <br /> <br />After the Event <br /> <br />11. All garbage shall be removed from the event and parking areas and properly disposed <br />of at the close of the event. <br />12. All signs and items in the park related to the event will be removed immediately after <br />the close of the event. <br /> <br />4. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />Staff has worked with the event organizers who have agreed to the above requirements. <br />Staff recommends Council approve the Special Event Permit for Brats, Bags, and <br />Baskets subject to the application materials and the conditions in this memorandum. <br /> <br />Minor changes to this permit may be approved by City staff.
