1 <br />Performance Review Summary <br />To Be Read At The Upcoming City Council Meeting <br /> <br /> <br />On May 5, 2025, the Hugo City Council met in Executive Session for a routine annual <br />performance evaluation of the City Administrator, Bryan Bear. This is a summary of that <br />meeting given in accordance with Minnesota Statutes. <br /> <br />The Council noted that Mr. Bear’s work for the City has exceeded expectations in all categories <br />of evaluation and that under his leadership, City staff and departments have done an excellent job <br />of delivering cost-effective planning and services and amenities to the residents of the City of <br />Hugo. It was requested that he continue to innovate and identify efficient approaches to continue <br />to be service-oriented and innovative in his service to the residents of Hugo. Council thanked <br />Mr. Bear and the entire internal staff of the City departments of the City for their work in this <br />regard. <br /> <br />
