Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, <br />verify and record certain information to verify the identity of each person or entity that opens an <br />account, including deposit accounts, treasury management accounts, loan accounts or other <br />extensions of credit, or other financial services. Lender will ask Borrower for Borrower’s name, <br />address, taxpayer identification number and such other information as will allow Lender to identify <br />Borrower. Lender will also ask an individual with significant responsibility for managing <br />Borrower, for the same or similar information pertaining to such individual. Lender will verify <br />and record the information and will retain and maintain the record as required by the USA Patriot <br />Act and implementing regulations. Borrower warrants and represents that the information it <br />provides to Lender for these purposes is and will be correct and accurate. <br />Section 7.19 Non-Responsibility.
