<br />M.1 Schedule 165th Street AUAR Open House on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 <br /> <br />At its April 21, 2025, meeting the City Council authorized staff to move forward with the 165th <br />Street Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR). The AUAR will analyze multiple <br />development scenarios including land use, infrastructure, environmental assessment, and costs. <br />The AUAR will include public engagement and will inform the 2050 Comprehensive Plan. <br />Landform and WSB have been working on land use and road design options. A public open <br />house is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30, 2025, from 5 to 6:30 pm. Staff recommends Council <br />schedule this as a meeting if they choose to attend. <br /> <br />N.
