Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approve Minutes for the December 3, 2025, Santa Party <br /> <br />Krull made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the minutes for the Santa Party and Tree <br />Lighting held on December 3, 2025, as presented. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approve Minutes for the December 4, 2025, Holiday Party <br /> <br />Petryk made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the Holiday Party held on <br />December 4, 2025, as presented. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Swearing In and Badge Pinning of Bob Bieniek as Lieutenant <br /> <br />Bob Bieniek has been with the Hugo Fire Department since December 2008 and previously <br />served as a Lieutenant from September 2011 to 2014 and as Captain from 2014 to 2021. At its <br />October 6, 2025, meeting, the Council approved the promotion of Bob Bieniek to Lieutenant, <br />effective October 1, 2025. Fire Chief Jim Compton, Jr. shared several of Bob’s past
