Chief Compton also mentioned that Bob had inspired his son, Chris, to join <br />the Department. Chief Compton conducted the formal swearing-in of Lieutenant Bob Bieniek. <br /> <br />Lieutenant Bieniek addressed the Council, stating he was excited to return to a leadership <br />position and looked forward to working on the Community Risk Reduction Program.
