For <br />the four single -family lots on 14 0 th Street, only two of them currently have driveways <br />on 140 th, so only those two lots are assessed on a per -unit basis. For all other lots, <br />the assessment was calculated at a rate of $76.87 per front foot, as detailed in the <br />calculations above. <br />According to the assessment policy, the townhomes located on the west side of <br />Fenway Boulevard and the north side of 130 th Street N would generally be assessed <br />at one -half unit for the improvements along 130 th Street and Fenway B lvd , with the <br />remaining one -half unit to be assessed once the internal roads to the properties are <br />improved. Since none of these properties have direct access to 130 th Street N or <br />Fenway B lvd , they will not be assessed for this project.
