Bob has been with the fire department since December of 2008 and has served <br />as a Lieutenant from September 2011 until being promoted to Captain in February of 2014 and serving as <br />Captain until December of 2021. Bob then stepped down to firefighter until he was promoted again to Lieutenant <br />in October 2025. <br /> <br />At the City Council meeting on December 1, 2025, I would also like to include a formal swearing-in ceremony <br />and include a badge pinning by a person of Bob’s choice that would make this a special event for him.
