Ashley is a fully <br />trained Emergency Medical Technician who works full-time for M Health Fairview Ambulance Service. She is a <br />graduate of White Bear Lake High School and Century College. Ashley wants to give back to her community <br />and serve the city where she spent several years growing up. She successfully completed the hiring process, <br />which consists of several steps including the application, physical ability test, interview panel, personality <br />assessment, health screening, and background check. The entire process takes about six months from start to <br />finish, but this is done to ensure we select the right candidates and that they have a full understanding of the <br />expectations and what lies ahead in their Hugo Fire Department career. <br /> <br /> <br />The Fire Department hiring committee, and I recommend the hiring of Ashley Del Pino as a Probationary <br />Firefighter with a start date of Tuesday, December 2, 2025. <br /> <br />Please place this recommendation on the December 1, 2025, City Council agenda for Council consideration. <br /> <br />City of Hugo Fire Department <br />5323 140th Street North <br />Hugo, Minnesota 55038 <br />PH: (651) 762-6362 FAX: (651) 429-3212
