The applicant shall provide cut-sheets for the pole and wall mounted light fixtures <br />and they will need to be reviewed and approved by staff. Shields shall be added to <br />the lights to reduce glare. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. Cross access agreements shall be reviewed and approved by staff for all common <br />elements. <br /> <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of a Final Certificate of Occupancy: <br /> <br />12. All improvements for the plan shall be installed and constructed. <br /> <br />13. All required landscaping shall be fully installed. <br /> <br />14. Drainage and utility easements shall be dedicated to the City over the stormwater <br />management facilities and wetlands <br /> <br />15. All roof top and ground mechanical equipment must be screened from view of <br />adjacent properties. Staff shall review and approve the locations. All ground-level <br />mechanical units shall be low profile and located to the side or rear of the building <br />and shall be screened from view of adjacent properties.
