-3- <br /> ANTHONY NIEMCZYK <br /> Tony Niemczyk represented John Niemczyk, his brother. Mr. Peloquin <br /> explained Mr. Niemczyk's case. John Niemczyk is in a nursing home <br /> and Tony Niemczyk would like to rent out his trailer to cover the <br /> cost of the nursing home. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Peloquin, recommending that the <br /> Special Use Permit be granted to John Niemczyk for trailer home at <br /> 17005 Hanna Avenue North for single family occupancy for a period <br /> of one year subject to required fee. <br /> Members for: Peloquin, Rosenquist, Spitzer, Norden and Johnson. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> ROBERT SEVERSON <br /> Mr. Severson was told to fill out an application for a variance <br /> with the City Clerk and return to the next meeting. <br /> JERRY GRUNDHOFER AND LEROY MCCULLOUGH <br /> Mr. 'Grundhofer and Mr. McCullough plan to construct buildings for <br /> rental purposes and wanted the opinion of Planning Commission. <br /> They were told to fillout an application with the City Clerk. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Peloquin, to adjourn meeting <br /> at 8:55 P.M.
