MINUTES OP PROCEEDINGS OP THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> APRIL 24, 1974 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8:15 P.M. by Chairman, 4arry <br /> Ehret. Members present were: Spitzer, Johnson, Ehret and <br /> Peloquin. Also present were Bill Schwab, City Planning Consultant, <br /> and Irene Leroux, City Council Member. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Peloquin, to approve minutes <br /> of April 9. Motion carried. <br /> QYDE REHBEIN - AMENDED SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> A letter was submitted to the Planning Commission from the City <br /> Council requesting additional conditions for the amended special <br /> use permit. Mr. Rehbein submitted a letter relinquishing any <br /> claim to extraordinary damages in the event a service road is <br /> built in front of his property. <br /> Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Spitzer, recommending <br /> approval of the amended, special use permit with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. That an agreement with Clyde Rehbsin ;be consummated by <br /> Clyde Rehbein relinquishing any claim to extraordinary <br /> damages in the event that atsome later date a service <br /> road is constructed in treat_ of his property. Extraordinary <br /> damages refers to insoniâ–ºea.snees such as traffic noise, <br /> congestion, damage to commercial suitability, etc. , but <br /> does not include the yams of real property. <br /> 2. The amended special use permit is recommended to tbe issued <br /> on the addition of the building to be used as a display <br /> facility for Northway Construction and Lighting business. <br /> 3. Site plan be submitted to the City Council showing the <br /> entrance to the property and the parking facility for not <br /> less than 20 vehicles is provided. <br /> 4. The number of permanent employees at this site with the <br /> present sewer system should not exceed twelve. <br /> Members for: Peloquin, Ehret, and Spitzer -- Johnson - No. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> HERBERT PECAN - AMENDED SPECIAL USE PE$MIT <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Johnson, recommending approval <br /> of Peckman's Amended Special Use Permit subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br />
