Motion <br /> carried. <br /> RICHARD VAIL - SUBDIVISION <br /> Mr. Ehret read letter from Mr. MaMier of the University of <br /> Minnesota. <br /> Mr. Spitzer stated that this subdivisi©ndi as presented, does <br /> lot conform to the Comprehensive Plan as adopted by the City <br /> Council. <br /> Motion made by Spitzer, seconded by Peloquin, that the Richard <br /> Vail's Subdivision be transmitted to the City Council recommending <br /> that it be denied on the grounds that it does not conform to the <br /> Comprehensive Plan. There appears to be difficulty of on-site <br /> sewer system that has not been resolved. The Planning Commission <br /> has expressed its desire not to consider this application as <br /> filed any further. <br /> Members for: Peloquin, Ehret, Spitzer and Johnson.
