Mr. Ehret read letter from- Robert Olson., Ingersoll <br /> Avenue. No. Mr. Olson was apposed to multiple dwellings and objected <br /> . to sewer, fire and parking facilities. <br /> • Kenneth Rolander, Attorney for Mr. Tauers . explained Mr. .Tauer's situ • <br /> ation. Mr. Rolanderexplained that he tried to contact Mr. Schwab <br /> on several occastaas and could not reach him to inspect" the percu <br /> lativn -testas request at the last- meeting. Mr. Rolander emplained <br /> thatthe sewer system was installed .for ten or nore people. As .to <br /> the letter submitted by Mr. Olsol, ,he felt that he was misinformed. <br /> Mr. Granger, Fire Chief, 'has not submitted hie report en his inspection <br /> of the Tauer residence. <br /> . Thomas Crever,.,- Mr. Crever apposed to this apartment. . He stated that <br /> there were 9 homes with walkout basements and this would sit a press-' <br /> deuce. • <br /> • <br /> Ronald Reichstadt 12768 Trish Avenue No. - Mr. Reichstadt: wanted <br /> to know what procedure to follow so he could put in an apartment <br /> in tie basement.. He obtained a Special Use Permit application from <br /> the City Clerk. <br /> Theodora Peltier - `'Mrs. Peltier wanted to know how many rooms were <br /> in the apartment. Mr. Tauer stated that there were two - one 13x36 <br /> and another 10x30'6. <br /> • <br /> Howard Schletty - Mr. Schletty wanted to know how many people would. <br /> be living in the apartment. The answer was two. <br /> Thomas Crever - Mr. Crever asked if the stairway had been closed off. <br /> The answer was yes... <br /> Mrs. Thomas. Craver - Mrs. Crever said that the sewer system should be <br /> checked . out. - They had problems with a single family.. IIte.Rilaanderdsaid <br /> that this` was an elaborate system and that Mr. Tauer..had checked with <br /> • the` University 'of Minnesota and that it was engineered by them`. <br /> • Public hearing ..closed at- 8:55 P.M. <br /> • The Meeting was called to order at 8:55 P.M. by Bhairman Larry Ehret. <br /> _, ' Members present were Schletty,': Spitzer, Johnson, Ehret and Peloquin. <br /> Also present were Bill Schwab,=`.City Planning Consultant, and Irene <br /> Leroux, City Council Member. <br /> • <br /> • Motion lade by Spitzer, seconded by Peloquin, to dispense with the <br /> 'reading and approve the minutes of the May 14 ,meeting. Motion carried. <br />
